This is actually a pessimistic (for conservatives) article about how the obamacare rollout failure might discredit exchanges and lead to a push toward a top down expansion of Medicare and a bottom up expansion of Medicaid by liberals. (Oh joy - perfectly sustainable, perfectly healthy)
